The opportunities for partnership in the implementation of investment policies in Bulgarian Posts EAD and in the railway sector were discussed at a meeting on Wednesday between Transport and Communications Minister Georgi Gvozdeikov and European Investment Bank (EIB) Vice President Kyriakos Kakouris, the Transport and Communications Ministry said on Wednesday.
