The Government adopted a Decree amending and supplementing the tariff on fees to be paid for change of use of agricultural land.

The amendments update the amount of state fees payable to reflect the new economic conditions. The aim is also to limit the change of use of agricultural land for non-agricultural purposes, as it represents a major national asset and is used only for agricultural purposes.

The draft also updates the fees for administrative services related to the change of use. The new amounts will correspond to the actual material and administrative costs of providing the services.
