NATIONAL PRESS CLUB - SOFIA AND MAXIM MULTIMEDIA CENTRE

The request for a press conference should be send to the email address of the BTA National Press Club pressclub@bta.bg in free text and includes the following information: organiser/ organisers of the press conference/the information event; date and start and end time; theme of the press conference/ event; the names of the speakers and their positions; optional – highlights about the event (two or three sentences) providing more detailed information about the purpose and topic of the event.

Requests must be sent from an official email address of the organisation/company/institution that can be verified as such. Exceptions are requests from individuals requesting press conferences in a personal capacity.

In rare cases, due to unforeseen technical problems, it is possible that the BTA National Press Clubs may not provide the full range of services specified.

In case of cancellation of the exact requested time and day for using the hall, a fee of 50% of the amount is charged if the cancellation is from 2 to 5 days before the event and 100% of the amount in case of cancellation 1 day before the event. 

Payment for the requested services is made in advance – no later than 48 hours before the event, by bank transfer. 

When paying on the spot (by card or in cash), it must be paid before the start of the event.

BTA has the right to refuse to organise a press conference or other event if the topic formulated by the organiser contradicts the BTA Act or the BTA Code of Ethics.

The request for a press conference should be send to the email address of the respective press club in free text and includes the following information: organisator/ organisators of the press conference/the information event; data and start and end time; theme of the press conference/ event; the names of the speakers and their positions; optionally – main informational highlights (two or three sentences) providing more detailed information about the purpose and topics of the event.

Requests must be sent from an official email address of the organisation/company/institution that can be verified as such. Exceptions are requests from individuals requesting press conferences in a personal capacity.

In rare cases, due to unforeseen technical problems, it is possible that the BTA National Press Clubs may not provide the full range of services specified.
