European women’s doubles badminton champions Stefani Stoeva and Gabriela Stoeva will participate in tournaments in Japan and China over the next two weeks as part of their preparation for the World Championships in Paris at the end of August.

The sisters departed Thursday for Tokyo where they will start competing on July 15 in the World Tour Super 750 event with a prize fund of USD 950,000. Their first opponents will be the third-seeded pair, Pearly Tan and M. Thinaah from Malaysia.

Starting July 22, Stefani and Gabriela Stoeva will take part in the World Tour Super 1000 tournament in Changzhou, China, with a prize fund of $2 million.
