site.btaUPDATED Central Election Commission Declares Viktor Papazov Elected MP from Vazrazhdane List

The Central Election Commission (CEC) Monday declared Veniamin Vodenicharov elected as a Member of Parliament from the list of the Vazrazhdane party on Monday. Later in the day CEC revoked its decision, as Vodenicharov was fifth on the party list, and announced Viktor Papazov, who was fourth on the list, as MP in his place. 

In a letter dated March 2, 2026, to the members of the CEC, the Parliament Chair informed them that MP Slavcho Krumov from Vazrazhdane had passed away.

On March 1, Vazrazhdane leader Kostadin Kostadinov announced on Facebook that Slavcho Krumov, an MP from the party's parliamentary group, had died.
