Two Bulgaria Air flights brought Bulgarian tourists back to Sofia from Oman and Dubai. The flights were part of an operation to return Bulgarians from the Middle East, the airline's press centre announced on Thursday.

One plane took off from Oman’s Salalah International Airport and landed in Sofia at 18:01 Bulgarian time with 110 passengers on board. Of these, 74 were on a charter flight of the airline, and the rest are included in a list of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The second plane departed from Dubai on Thursday and carried 180 passengers, landing at Sofia Airport at around 7:50 p.m.

On Wednesday, Bulgarian tourists returned to Sofia and Varna Airports on flights from Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
