The group has been operational in Bulgaria since 2018. It was engaged in recruiting, transporting, hiding, and coercing individuals into prostitution, including through use of violence.
Six vehicles used in the illegal activity were seized, along with mobile phones, SIM cards, cash, and numerous documents. A total of 25 searches of homes, vehicles, and individuals were carried out.
More than 10 witnesses have been questioned, expert examinations have been ordered, and a financial investigation into money laundering is underway.
