Peshkov, Hristova and Todorova to Conclude Bulgaria’s Participation at Winter Olympics

Daniel Peshkov, Lora Hristova and Milena Todorova will bring Bulgaria’s participation at the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics to an end on Friday, the penultimate day of the Games.

Peshkov is set to start at 12 p.m. in the men’s 50 km mass start (classic style) cross-country skiing event in Tesero.

At 15.15 p.m., biathletes Hristova and Todorova will compete in the women’s 12.5 km mass start in Antholz-Anterselva.

In addition to the two events featuring Bulgarian athletes, eight more sets of medals will be awarded on February 21:
– three in freestyle skiing – men’s aerials and ski cross, and women’s halfpipe;
– women’s two-woman bobsleigh;
– the mixed relay in ski mountaineering;
– men’s curling;
– men’s and women’s mass start events in speed skating.

Bronze medal matches will also be played in the women’s curling tournament and the men’s ice hockey tournament.
