site.btaMilitary Personnel, Equipment to Be Moved on National Roads, Aug. 11-14
Personnel with the appurtenant equipment and military, transport, and auxiliary vehicles will be transported over the national road and rail network from August 11 to 14, the Bulgarian Defence Ministry said in a press release on Monday.
The military units on the move are rotating to join NATO’s Multinational Battlegroup in Bulgaria and in a joint Bulgarian-US training at the Novo Selo Training Area, Southeastern Bulgaria.
The convoys will be escorted by Military Police.
