site.btaOver 60 Exhibitors from Bulgaria, Abroad to Participate in International Foodtech Exhibition in Plovdiv

More than 60 exhibitors from Bulgaria and abroad will take part in the 30th Foodtech International Exhibition from February 17 to 21 in Plovdiv, the Plovdiv International Fair said on Monday.

The exhibition is part of the prestigious 11th Agra, Vinaria and Foodtech exhibitions. Among the main highlights this year will be environmentally friendly and healthy products, gourmet delicacies and modern cuisine, as well as the latest technologies for processing and storing food and products, the organizers emphasized. Presentations, tastings and master classes will be prepared for visitors, and in a special technological zone, machines and equipment for processing raw materials, for food production, for sorting, packaging and labeling of finished products will be exhibited and demonstrated during the event.

Four competitions will also be held during the exhibition, including the International Innovation Competition and the International Consumer Choice Competition.

The International Foodtech Exhibition is held under the auspices of the Agriculture and Food Ministry.
