Bulgaria's Prime Minister Rosen Zhelyazkov will confer with Vietnam’s Communist Party General Secretary To Lam on Friday, the Government Information Service said. The meeting will take place at the Council of Ministers Granite Hall, where bilateral agreements will be signed in the presence of the two leaders.

To Lam is on a two-day official visit to Sofia at the invitation of President Rumen Radev. On Thursday, the two of them met at the President's administration building before opening a business forum dedicated to exploring opportunities for bilateral cooperation. To Lam also delivered a lecture at Sofia University.
