The National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology (NIMH) has issued a yellow code warning for freezing temperatures during the daytime for 27 regions of the country, the NIMH reported on its official website on Tuesday.

The weather on Tuesday across most of the country will be cloudy, with fog or low stratus clouds in some areas. The skies will be clearer over northeastern Bulgaria, with light to moderate easterly winds in the eastern regions.

Highs: between -5 and 0C in most of the country, up to 7C in southwestern Bulgaria, and around 2C in Sofia.
