A new battery regulation is expected to be adopted in 2023, replacing an existing directive on batteries and accumulators, said partner and head of Kinstellar automotive and industrial sector Antonia Mavrova on Tuesday during the first day of the three-day international conference Automotive & Battery Forum in Sofia.
