BTA will publish the names of the top-of-the-list candidates of every party/coalition for all constituencies for the April 19 parliamentary elections. The information about the candidates is provided by the respective political entity, the candidates themselves and other official sources.

Boyko Nikiforov is the top-of-the-list candidate of Movement of Non-Party Candidates for Ruse's 19th multi-member constituency, Milena Hinkova, chair of the Constituency Election Commission in the Danube city, said here Thursday.

Nikiforov told BTA he is 63 years old, is married and has a daughter. He graduated from the Technical School of River Shipbuilding and Navigation with a specialization in shipbuilding. He also has a specialisation in designing small vessels. He is a master shipbuilder and designer of vessels by profession. He is founder of the Future for Ruse civic movement. He is chair of the Ruse Elit martial arts club, Ruse yacht club and the Public Council for Justice. Nikiforov is a founder and co-chair of the party. He is also initiator of various civic initiatives.
