Bulgarian director Gogo Vanev’s The Rifts has won the Best Project / Creative Force Award at the DokuFest Forum in Kosovo, the Bulgarian National Film Center said.
The event also featured The Celebration of Letters, directed by Galina D. Georgieva and produced by Ilina Perianova.
The Rifts is a co-production between Belgium’s Initial Films and Bulgaria’s Attic Films. The project was presented by director Gogo Vanev and Bulgarian producer Nevena Semova.
Vanev’s previous film, Gadje, won the Golden Rose for Best Short Film in 2025.
