BTA will publish the names of the top-of-the-list candidates of every party/coalition for all constituencies for the April 19 parliamentary elections. The information about the candidates is provided by the respective political entity, the candidates themselves and other official sources.

Iliya Konov is the top-of-the-list candidate of Saprotiva (Resistance) for Pleven's 15th multi-member constituency, according to a decision of the Constituency Election Commission in Pleven published on its website.

Konov told BTA he was born on 11 November 1968 in Pleven. He is a veterinary paramedic by education.
