Commenting on the political situation in Bulgaria ahead of the October 27 parliamentary snap elections, BSP Floor Leader Borislav Gutsanov told bTV that it would be difficult for the parties and coalitions to form a regular government, and, in his words, an expert cabinet is the only alternative at this stage.
