European silver medallist on the vault Valentina Georgieva won the title at the 2025 FIG Artistic Gymnastics World Challenge Cup in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. The Bulgarian gymnast got an average score of 13.450 points for her two attempts and came ahead of legend Oksana Chusovitina.

The hosts' representative, Chusovitina, who has competed in a record eight Olympics and celebrated her 50th birthday a day earlier, was second with a score of 13.075 points. The bronze medal went to another Uzbekistani representative, Shakhinabonu Yusufova, with 12.750 points.

Viktoria Ventsislavova, the second Bulgarian in this final, finished seventh with a score of 12.200 points.

The competition, which closes on June 21, is organized by the International Gymnastics Federation (FIG).
