Researchers from the Institute for Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence and Technology (INSAIT) at St Kliment Ohridski University of Sofia will organize a workshop as part of the International Conference on Computer Vision (ICCV 2025), the university’s press centre said on Thursday.

The event will be held in collaboration with representatives of Stanford University, the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH Zurich), Google, NVIDIA, and other leading research centres and tech companies.

The workshop will explore cutting-edge developments in 3D understanding of real-world scenes, with a focus on integrating approaches from computer vision, natural language processing, and algorithmic computing. This is INSAIT’s second time organizing an event as part of ICCV, the institute said in a press release.

The programme features three scientific challenges, one of which is entirely organized by INSAIT and focuses on the automated recognition of object interactions within indoor environments.

The speaker lineup includes top experts from academic and research institutions such as Google DeepMind, Stanford University, and Apple, according to the university’s press centre.
