Spain's Ambassador to Bulgaria Alejandro Polanco Mata, who spoke before the parliamentary Committee on Foreign Policy here on Wednesday, said that Bulgaria meets all the criteria for Schengen entry. The Ambassador expressed hope that Bulgaria will join Schengen during Spain's presidency by the end of the year.
