site.btaBulgarian Software Company Sirma to Be Traded on Frankfurt Stock Exchange in February
Starting February 24, 2026, shares of the Bulgarian software company Sirma Group Holding AD will also be traded on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (FWB). The dual listing on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) and the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (FWB) is an extremely important step in the development of Sirma as a publicly traded company, the company said on Monday.
An agreement was signed between Sirma Group Holding AD and Deutsche Borse AG on January 8, 2026, for a ceremony to mark the start of trading on the FWB in Germany, which will take place on February 24, 2026. This will make the software company the second Bulgarian company after Shelly Group SE to be traded simultaneously on the BSE and the FWB through the Eurobridge segment of the Bulgarian stock exchange, which allows dual listing on the Sofia and Frankfurt stock exchanges.
In October 2025, Sirma received approval for its dual listing prospectus from the Financial Supervision Commission.
Sirma said that adopting the euro represents a strategic opportunity and advantage, as it is in line with the company's international presence, its operations, and its ambition to deepen its engagement with global investors. Sirma President and CEO Tsvetan Alexiev, quoted by the company's press service, said: "Change is associated with uncertainty, but it also unlocks many opportunities. The Frankfurt Stock Exchange will provide Sirma with a global platform to attract international investors and increase its investment potential."
