site.btaDefence Minister Zapryanov Attends EU Informal Defence Ministerial in Copenhagen

Bulgarian Defense Minister Atanas Zapryanov is attending an informal meeting of the defence ministers of the EU in Copenhagen, Denmark, taking place on Friday. The event is part of the calendar of the Danish Presidency of the Council of the EU. 

The defence ministers will discuss the EU’s military support for Ukraine, the EU’s defence readiness, including the implementation of the priorities set out in the White Paper on European Defence - Readiness 2030 and in the ReArm Europe Plan, as well as the state of military missions and operations under the EU’s Common Security and Defence Policy.
