Bulgarian driver Nikola Tsolov delivered an impressive performance in the Formula 3 feature race at the Hungaroring circuit, finishing sixth after starting from 21st position on the grid. Demonstrating exceptional skill and race craft, Tsolov gained 15 positions to secure valuable championship points.
The race was won by Brazilian Rafael Camara, whose victory clinched him the Formula 3 title with one round remaining in the 2025 season. Camara’s triumph also cemented his lead in the overall standings with an unassailable total of 156 points.
Tsolov’s Campos Racing teammate Mari Boya finished second in Hungary, ahead of Finland’s Tuukka Taponen, who completed the podium.
Following the results at Hungaroring, Boya moved into second place in the overall standings with 108 points, narrowly overtaking Tsolov, who now sits third with 106 points.
The 2025 Formula 3 season will conclude in early September at the iconic Monza circuit in Italy.
