site.btaBTA’s LIK Magazine Marks Literary Heritage and Anniversaries in November Issue

The November issue of LIK magazine is themed “Literature and Memory.” The Bulgarian News Agency's (BTA) publication is inspired by the 50th anniversary of the National Literary Museum. The museum was founded in June 1975 by a decision of the Council of Ministers and began operating in early January the following year. The magazine also highlights anniversaries of prominent Bulgarian writers and poets to be marked in 2025.

The issue will be presented on Wednesday, November 26, at 5 p.m. at the Ivan Vazov House-Museum in Sofia. The date is symbolic as well - Vazov’s Sofia home officially opened to visitors on November 26, 1926, becoming the country’s first literary museum.

The launch of the issue will take place simultaneously via video link with BTA’s national press clubs in Bulgaria and abroad.
