The Deputy Director General of the Vietnam News Agency (VNA) Doan Thi Tuyet Nhung and Bulgarian News Agency (BTA) Director General Kiril Valchev, signed a Memorandum of Cooperation on Saturday. The signing was part of the 18th World Meeting of Bulgarian Media, which is taking place during the 120th Rose Festival in Kazanlak.
