A signal was received at the Sveti Vlas mayor’s office about the discovery of a woman’s body in Elenite, Mayor Ivan Nikolov told BTA on Saturday.
According to initial information, the body was found in an apartment on the second floor of a building in the resort.
Severe weather and torrential rains in the Burgas region claimed three lives and caused significant material and infrastructure damage. A state of emergency has been declared in the municipalities of Burgas, Tsarevo, and Nesebar.
