site.btaParliament Relieves Elka Rouskova of Duties as Bulgarian Honorary Consul in Seattle

At its regular meeting on Wednesday, the Council of Ministers decided to relieve Elka Rouskova of her duties as Honorary Consul of the Republic of Bulgaria in the United States of America (USA), based in Seattle, with a consular district covering the state of Washington, due to a change in her permanent residence in the United States.

Rouskova was appointed as Bulgarian Honorary Consul in the USA, based in Seattle, by Council of Ministers Decree No. 741 of October 6, 2022.
