Caretaker Energy Minister Vladimir Malinov is taking part in an informal meeting of the European Union’s (EU) Transport, Telecommunications and Energy Council held in Budapest on Monday and Tuesday, his ministry said in a press release on Monday. In the Hungarian capital, the energy ministers are discussing topics related to the importance of geothermal energy for the European energy mix, the implementation of the legislative framework in the sector until 2030 and the implementation of the EU's energy policy.
