Parliament did not have a quorum in the third attempt to start a second extraordinary sitting on Tuesday. A total of 118 MPs from GERB-UDF, the Movement for Rights and Freedoms (MRF), BSP for Bulgaria and These Is Such a People registered in the hall, as well as two independent MPs.
