The caretaker government proposes caretaker Foreign Minister Nikolay Milkov as Bulgaria's representative to NATO. The information was published Saturday evening in the legal information system of the Council of Ministers.
The decision was taken on March 31, 2023 and was signed by Prime Minister Gulub Donev and Council of Ministers Secretary General Krasimir Bozhanov.
The Government proposes that the Bulgarian President issues a decree dismissing Nikolay Milkov from his post as Ambassador of Bulgaria to the French Republic and to the Principality of Monaco and Permanent Delegate of Bulgaria to UNESCO, as well as a decree appointing him as Bulgaria's Permanent Representative to NATO.
