site.btaCabinet Includes Internet Access to Strategic Activities of Importance to National Security
Access to the internet through fixed and mobile terrestrial networks was defined as a strategic activity of importance to national security, the Government Information Service reported on Wednesday. This was done by updating the list of strategic sites and activities adopted by the Council of Ministers in 2009.
The amendments take into account the importance of digital connectivity for the growth of gross domestic product, employment and competitiveness, as well as the upcoming investments in high-capacity digital infrastructure in Bulgaria.
