At a scientific congress in Bulgaria which gathered teachers from four Balkan universities, Minister of Education and Science Prof. Galin Tsokov said that a national programme on the development of scientific research and innovations in Bulgarian preschool and school education is being developed and will involve scientists from the attending universities. The congress was dedicated to the research and educational perspectives in the conditions of digital transformation, said the press centre of the line ministry.
