site.btaChinese Cinema Festival Kicks Off in Sofia

A festival of Chinese cinema will be held from May 17 to 19 and from May 24 to 26 at Sofia's Odeon Cinema and the House of Cinema, the Bulgarian National Film Archive said. The event commemorates the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Bulgaria.

Six titles will be screened: Creation of the Gods I: Kingdom of Storms, The Shadowless Tower, The Cord of Life, The Lion Boy, I Love You! and The Myth of Love, all with Bulgarian subtitles.

Creation of the Gods I: Kingdom of Storms premieres on the evening of May 17. The filmmakers will be special guests at the premiere.
