European Commission Issues Infringement Decisions against Bulgaria

The European Commission said on Thursday that it is sending a reasoned opinion to Bulgaria, Belgium and Czechia, requesting them to communicate information about how EU rules on combating fraud and counterfeiting of non-cash means of payment have been transposed into their national law.
