The Bulgarian Association of Information Technologies (BAIT) honoured the winners of the 15th annual BAIT Awards at a ceremony on Tuesday, recognizing outstanding contributions to the development of information and communication technology. Winners in seven categories were selected from a pool of 60 projects.

The Youth Award went to Kaloyan Anastasov from the Technological School of Electronic Systems at the Technical University - Sofia for the Stryama project;

Educational Award: Telerik Academy for the Buki platform;

Journalistic Contribution Award: Yoan Zapryanov from Capital;

Public Administration Award: Veliko Tarnovo Municipality for its web portal;

StartUp Company Award: EduQuest Bulgaria for the EduQuest platform;

Successful Bulgarian ICT Product/Service Award: Evolink EAD for Secure Sphere Box, a solution designed to prevent corporate data loss;

Successfully Implemented AI Technology in Real Business Award: OneBit Software for the Quantum DMS  document management platform.

The Special Contribution Award, granted at the discretion of the jury through internal nominations, was presented to Iliyan Yordanov, head coach of the National Informatics Team. The award was presented by this year's special guests at the BAIT Awards - BAIT Board of Directors Chair Irina Radoeva and Imagga Technologie co-founder Georgi Kadrev.
