Ahead of the opening of the 27th Bansko Jazz Festival on Saturday, Bulgarian News Agency (BTA) Director General Kiril Valchev signed an agreement with Bansko Mayor Stoycho Banenski and Festivals in Bulgaria Association President Iliana Shtereva for the promotion of the music event.
