The Municipal Expo exhibition was officially opened in front of the Perunika hall at the Albena resort complex on Sunday. Visitors have the opportunity to explore booths showcasing innovative goods and services for municipalities.

National Association of Municipalities in the Republic of Bulgaria (NAMRB) Chair Daniel Panov welcomed the attending guests. He stated that this year there are over 60 exhibitors and that there is strong interest in the Municipal Expo.

Prime Minister Rosen Zhelyazkov is expected to deliver a ceremonial address during the official event marking the Day of the Bulgarian Municipality and Local Self-Government. During the plenary session, the NAMRB Annual Awards for 2025 will also be presented.

The forum will continue until October 14. In the upcoming plenary sessions, participants will include Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Transport and Communications Grozdan Karadjov, Minister of Regional Development and Public Works Ivan Ivanov, and Minister of Agriculture and Food Georgi Tahov.
