President Rumen Radev signed a decree on Friday appointing Chief Commissioner Miroslav Rashkov as Secretary General of the Ministry of Interior, in accordance with the Bulgarian Constitution and the Ministry of Interior Act, the presidential press secretariat announced on Friday.
The President entrusts the implementation of the decree to the Minister of Interior, Daniel Mitov.
