site.btaSupreme Judicial Council Dismisses Stoyan Lazarov from Position Deputy Military Appellate Prosecutor

At its meeting on Tuesday, the Prosecutors Chamber of the Supreme Judicial Council (SJC) unanimously dismissed Stoyan Lazarov from the position of Deputy Administrative Head - Deputy Military Appellate Prosecutor of the Military Appellate Prosecution Office and approved his candidacy for Deputy Minister of Justice.

His dismissal as Deputy Military Prosecutor was at the request of Prime Minister Rosen Zhelyazkov, and his candidacy for Deputy Minister of Justice was proposed by Georgi Georgiev, who currently holds the position of Justice Minister. To date, Georgiev has two deputies - Spaska Kincheva and Mihaela Mechkunova.
