site.btaParliament Chair Kiselova, MPs to Take Part in Day of Valour Celebrations

National Assembly Chair Nataliya Kiselova and members of parliament are set to take part in the celebrations marking the Day of Valour and the Army National Day, the Parliament press service said here on Tuesday.

Kiselova and MPs are set to attend a ceremonial blessing of the battle flags and the sacred flags of the Bulgarian army and will lay wreaths and flowers at the Monument to the Unknown Soldier and attend the military parade at Knyaz Alexander I Square.

Later in the day, Kiselova and the chair of the Committee on Direct Participation of Citizens, Citizens' Complaints and Interaction with Civil Society Rositsa Kirova are set to welcome youth, volunteers, and school leaders from youth guard detachments across the country in the plenary hall of the National Assembly. The Youth Guard Detachments Association aims to promote patriotic values among young people and respect for Bulgarian history and traditions, the press-release said.
