Deputy Prime Minister Atanas Zafirov will head the traditional Bulgarian pilgrimage delegation to Mount Athos for the patron feast of the St George the Zograf Monastery, the government information service reported on Monday. The Bulgarian delegation made up of representatives of the executive, legislative and local authorities, as well as the civil sector and business will hold a meeting with the clergy of the Holy Mountain, and will participate in the evening and night prayer services.
