“There are very talented people working in the system, extremely talented in every position. Sometimes these shocks that come from political life, from all the things that happen to us, prevent them from fully developing their strengths,” the new Culture Minister, Krastyu Krastev, told BTA on Tuesday after taking over from Nayden Todorov.
"I believe this will be part of my policy, part of my mole work - to create tranquility, to try to give people a longer horizon, predictability. And most of all - to set goals. Because there does not need to be a huge amount of tasks to be done. They need to be set at the right time, in the right place, and completed with the right people. I think this is a recipe for success," Krastev added.
