New Council of Ministers Representatives Appointed to National Council for Tripartite Cooperation

Under the Labour Code, the National Council for Tripartite Cooperation consists of two representatives each from the Council of Ministers of Bulgaria, the nationally representative workers’ and employees’ organisations, and the employers’ organisations. The Council is chaired by a Deputy Prime Minister.

In connection with Decree No. 57 of the President of the Republic of Bulgaria of February 19, 2026 appointing a caretaker government, new government representatives have been designated to the National Council for Tripartite Cooperation.

By decision of the Council of Ministers, the newly appointed representatives are Andrey Yankulov - Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Justice, and Hasan Ademov - Minister of Labour and Social Policy.
