Luminous objects that may appear above the Tyulbeto Training Centre in Kazanlak on Tuesday are part of specific military exercises, the 61st Stryamska Mechanized Infantry Brigade press service reported. The exercises will take place after sunset.

The press release notes that this particular exercise should be no cause for concern. A similar exercise was conducted in April 2025, when despite early announcements from the armed forces, the lights above the town still sparked numerous comments on social media.

Training with firearms, combat vehicles, and artillery equipment at the military training ground in Kazanlak will be taking place throughout February, Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to midnight. A ban on the movement of people, animals, and vehicles in the area is in force, and violators will be held legally responsible.
