In Pleven, February 3 will be a non-school day due to expected low temperatures and complicated winter conditions, the Municipality's press centre said on Monday.

An order was issued by Pleven Mayor Valentin Hristov, declaring February 3 a non-school day for all schools in Pleven Municipality. The decision was made in connection with the forecasts for very low temperatures and the complicated winter conditions after the heavy snowfall on February 1 and 2.

Every mayor has the right to declare up to three non-school days within one school year for schools in the municipality, the Pleven Municipality recalled.
