site.btaNational Children's Helpline Receives More than 19,000 Calls in 2022 So Far
Calls to the National Children's Helpline with the State Agency for Child Protection (SACP) in January-September totalled 19,116, SACP said in a press release. During this time the helpline staff provided 4,919 counsellings and psychological support on serious problems affecting children. In 2021 the calls to the free helpline totalled 34,751, while the counsellings were 12,276.
