site.btaBulgarian Cultural Centre in Skopje Acquaints Local Audience with Bulgarian Theatre, Classical Music Performances
Bulgaria's Centre of Culture and Information in Skopje is organizing two encounters of the local audience with Bulgarian art on Monday. The tragicomedy Samotni Personazhi [Lonely Characters] by Vasil Duev-Tayg will be performed at Comedy Theatre, and violinist Stefani Yankova will give a concert at the Philharmonic in North Macedonia’s capital.
Director and actor Vasil Duev-Tayg’s tragicomedy holds Sfumato awards for performance and cast, as well as several Bulgarian theatre award nominations. On the cast are Vesela Babinova, Vasilena Vincenzo, Vasil Duev-Tayg, Ivaylo Dragiev, Petko Venelinov, and Ivan Nikolov.
Stefani Yankova will perform within the SKUPI KamerFest 2022 festival for classical chamber music, to which Bulgaria's Centre of Culture and Information is a partner. Within her visit to Skopje, the laureate from a series of international competitions will also give master classes.
