site.btaPresident Talks with US Energy Secretary and Croatian Prime Minister during Three Seas Summit


Bulgarian President Rumen Radev and United States Secretary of Energy Chris Wright discussed possibilities to enhance the security of energy supplies to Southeastern Europe and energy diversification in the region. The two talked on the sidelines of the Three Seas Summit in Warsaw, the President’s press secretariat reported on Tuesday.
They spoke about Bulgaria’s overall energy cooperation with the US.
During a separate session in the Polish capital, President Radev said to Croatian Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic that their countries have a shared responsibility for the European integration of the Western Balkans and for supporting the region’s reforms which are necessary in this process.
Radev and Plenkovic concurred that the EU member states in Southeastern Europe should invigorate their dialogue and partnership to strengthen stability and promote cooperation in the region. They also discussed matters featuring on the agenda of bilateral relations, including economic exchange and security.
