Bulgarian President Iliana Iotova visited on Friday the Olympic Village in Milan, where she was welcomed by Bulgarian Olympic Committee President-elect Vesela Lecheva, figure skater Alexandra Feigin and the Bulgarian delegation.

Iotova toured the area where athletes live during the 25th Winter Olympic Games and spoke with Feigin and her coach, Ina Lutai.

During the visit, the Bulgarian delegation met German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier, who was also visiting the Olympic Village. The two Presidents and Lecheva held a brief conversation and took a commemorative photo in front of the Olympic rings.

Steinmeier wished success to the Bulgarian delegation and said he was familiar with Bulgaria’s Olympic achievements.
