Bulgaria's state-owned natural gas distributor Bulgargaz said in its final monthly proposal on Friday that the price at which it will supply natural gas to end-suppliers and heat utility companies in November 2024 should be BGN 68.75/MWh (exclusive of excise duty and value added tax).
